AKA: How The Heck A Person With ADHD Can Function, Survive, and Thrive In A Neurotypical World
The neurodiverse brain works in very many different ways to most people might expect. It can feel extremely hard - almost impossible - to do the things which seem to come so easily to everyone else.
Being told to "just calm down", "write in your journal", or "just think positive thoughts", can make you feel more anxious or less "seen", because your complex neurodiverse brain - perhaps coupled with anxiety and many other comorbidities - doesn't seem to want to comply.
What might look like simple, every day life challenges to someone else?
Quite frankly, those challenges can often leave you feeling like a very misunderstood failure, despite constantly trying your best.
Your brain isn't wired to conform to neurotypical standards, and it takes someone who relates and understands, to help you through that.
This is where I come in, helping you find what you need to make things work for you, with less frustration!
So here's what my (ADHD) mind is thinking.
If you've made it this far, then you're already exploring the possibility that there's more to life than battling your ADHD. You've got some big goals somewhere on your timeline, and getting there just...well, it feels like you're going round in random circles.
If you're an ADHD client, then you already know we think outside the box which can be overwhelming - having a coach will help you contain that overwhelm, and put structure back into place.
I help you work your way out of the overwhelm, and help you see the path towards what you actually want to achieve. We work through the frustrations, and you begin to develop your own toolkit to actually get to where you want to be, doing the things you want to do, and living the life you want to have.
Things about me which I really think you should know...
I absolutely adore working with adults who are READY to tackle the challenges and obstacles which seem to prevent them from smashing ultimate goals, and reaching full potential.
I'm not here to give you all the answers - we are an incredibly diverse range of human beings, and an ADHD life is NOT cookie-cutter, in any way, shape, or form. I will, however, help you unlock skills and abilities which mean you can work with your own brain, and move forward in a way which feels good and right for you.
I'm not here for your accountability. I'm not here to send you loads of reminders, I won't pester you (outside of sessions...!), and I'm not going to check up on you. I will be your personal cheerleader, should you ever want to share your successes with me. I flipping love it when I get a Voxer message telling me you got another win under your belt, no matter how big or small. ;)
I'm pretty straightforward, and I don't beat around the bush. I'm here to help you get fab results, and we can't do that if I'm being wishy-washy with you.
Common known fact amongst my friends and colleagues: I never half-ass my job where others are concerned.
I'm excellent at my job - humble brag, if I may; there were zero faults reported when I completed my initial qualification assessment, and my 1:1 clients go on to rebook their coaching programme with me, to go even further in life.
I ask some ridiculously intuitive questions which keep you moving forwards, and like to dig deep (with your permission) to uncover the blocks you might not even have considered. I'm sometimes like a dog with a bone - if you're stuck on something and are super keen to move forward, I will explore a million different options with you, to help you reach your desired result.
I will only work with you if I'm absolutely certain that we can form an incredible team - and that takes work from both of us. I'm pretty certain that you are creative and hard-working, determined and curious, and you know that you deserve a much higher success rate in life, business, and more. I'm here to help you grab that much deserved success, because I love to see it.

I came to Jay when I was at a crossroad between my ‘side-hustle’ and my day-job. We talked about how I viewed the day-job as a sensible, grown up, reliable career, and saw my side hustle as less secure. She helped me to see the entrepreneurial nature in me, and realise that my side hustle is just as solid a choice for making an income as a ‘sensible’ day job can be - because the drive and the energy comes from me and the love I have for what I do.
